Evidence that banning of CFCs is working

It's 25 years this month since the Montreal Protocol was introduced, to phase out the production of substances that were believed to be creating a hole in the ozone layer. Scientists say there's now evidence that the banning of chlorofluorocarbons - or CFCs - is working.
