Bluff Oyster Festival - Lindsay Beer

5 thousand people, 30-thousand oysters.. you do the math. It all adds up to a celebration of a much loved delicacy in the place synonomous with oysters... Bluff. Tomorrow the annual Bluff Oyster and Food Festival gets underway on Foreshore Road in New Zealand's Southern most town outside Stewart Island. The oysters are of course the star attraction, but there will also be bands, competitions and other seafood to sample at the festival. Lindsay Beer is one of the Festival organizers.
