Early settler Albert James Allom

Eighty-year-old Barrie Allom often cleaned up the essay writing competitions at school but it took him sixty years to become a published author. He's now just released his third book, 'Dear Tyrant", a biography of his great-grandfather Albert James Allom, an early settler who came to New Zealand in 1842.
