Napier is the first city in the world outside London allowed to host one of the UK's biggest music events - City Showcase. We talk to the organiser of what will become an annual festival, Jacqui Sutherland; to members of three of the selected local bands - Jess Atkin, Shane Gibson (VALVE) and Charlie Wallace (Horusset); and to one of the movers and shakers in the Hawkes Bay music scene, Richie Jackman.
