Simon Morris wraps up the year with a look back on 2013 in movies - a year of Gravity, The Hunger Games, World War Z and Man of Steel. But in fact many of the best films of the year were rather smaller romantic comedies, docu-dramas, intelligent stories and New Zealand films like Mister Pip and Gardening With Soul.
