New Zealand Oil & Gas says there are benefits to it keeping its slice of the offshore Tui oil field. Majority owner and operator Australian WorldWide Exploration has agreed to sell its 57-and-a-half percent stake to Malaysian company, Tamarind Energy for about 2-million dollars.
