There are heightened tensions between the US and North Korea, but military and diplomatic analyst for CNN and retired US Navy admiral, John F. Kirby, doesn't believe they're on the brink of war.
He tells John Campbell there's still time for dialogue and diplomacy, but neither North Korea nor the United States seem interested.
