The winners of a $30 million Lotto prize plan to celebrate properly by holidaying together next year on the anniversary of the draw.
The 10 winning women have each contributed $2 a week to the syndicate for the past five years.
The former dental colleagues all travelled to Auckland yesterday to claim their $3m each in prize money.
One of the winners, Tina, said she "absolutely" wanted to continue working.
"I work for a dental practice in Taupō and I am working about three days a week at present, and I did say I'd drop a day."
"I work with a great bunch of people and I don't want to lose those threads, you know. I want to stay in the workforce and keep those lovely friendships alive."
However, she said the first thing she wanted to spend her winnings on was a trip to New Orleans.
