Govt may settle refugees in Hawke's Bay to meet labour shortage

The Immigration Minister is open to settling refugees in the Hawke's Bay as growers warn they're unable to fill hundreds of new jobs, meaning this year's harvest might go largely unpicked, as well as future crops.
