Ashes tribute criticised for being inconsiderate, disrespectful

Headless Chickens members tipped the ashes of their bass player Grant Fell on the stage at the Taite Music Awards as a tribute to their band member, but it caught the crowd by surprise and upset other artists who found it disrespectful and thoughtless.
