11,000 people to be permanently evacuated from Ambae Island

Vanuatu's government says it plans to permanently move the entire 11,000 strong population of the island of Ambae amid the latest volcanic eruptions. Vanuatu's Internal Affairs Minister Andrew Napuat spoke to Alex Perrottet.
