Almost 20 percent of central Akl homes bought by foreign buyers

Foreign buyers made up 3 percent of all home transfers across New Zealand in the first quarter of 2018, but almost 20 percent in central Auckland. Minister David Parker says that vindicates the government's plan to ban foreign buyers.
