Meka Whaitiri to be based in Gisborne during investigation

Side-lined Labour MP Meka Whaitiri appears to have gone to ground while she's under investigation regarding a "staffing matter" in her ministerial office. She was missing from an education announcement this morning in Lower Hutt, which is part of her electorate.
