Oamaru on water restrictions as supply runs dangerously low

Waitaki District Council says it pleased with Oamaru residents on Wednesday to conserve water, but residents didn't heed the call and as a result full restrictions are in place. But as our Otago-Southland reporter Timothy Brown found out - many didn't get the message.
