Christchurch shootings: Bullet wounds, abrasions and broken bones, says St John CEO

St John CEO Peter Bradley says staff are dealing with "multiple deaths and casualties." Mr Bradley says it is "still very much a fluid and dangerous situation", staff have seen "shocking injuries" and resources are being tested.
