Two patients die in Auckland mental health unit within one week

Two patients are suspected to have committed suicide in the space of five days at a Waitemata District Health Board mental health unit in Auckland. Dr Kevin Cleary says the DHB has already introduced changes, including removing bathroom doors. He spoke with Lisa Owen.
