The Prime Minister says she'll lobby US President Donald Trump to lift aluminium and steel tariffs when she sits down with him next week.
The world leaders will hold official bilateral discussions in New York next Monday in their first formal meeting.
Jacinda Ardern described her relationship with Mr Trump as 'good' and told media this afternoon she's looking forward to their meeting.
