An Auckland businessman has been jailed for nearly seven years for ripping off investors' money to fund an extravagant lifestyle.
Steven Robertson was found guilty of 23 theft, deception and dishonesty charges after a 10 week trial in the High Court in Auckland.
He was charged after the Financial Markets Authority it uncovered his offending.
