Pharmacists want to do more in fight for immunisation

Pharmacists say letting them do vaccinations generally - not just in a crisis - would be a good way of preventing future outbreaks of sickness and disease.

Eight-hundred-and-forty pharmacists across 450 pharmacies are trained to deliver vaccinations - and have today been told they'll be able to immunise against measles.

This year there have been almost 2,000 confirmed cases of the virus.
