In Samoa the death toll from the country's measles epidemic has risen to 39, following six more deaths in the past 24 hours.
It is the third day in a row the deaths have risen, as the government races against time to vaccinate the entire population.
And as MacKenzie Smith reports, officials are warning the worst is still to come.
