A growing number of floral tributes are being left at the site of an horrific death scene in a suburban street on Wednesday morning.
Tauranga-born Rowan Baxter appears to have set a car alight with his family inside, fatally injuring his wife Hannah and killing their three children aged 6, 4 and 3.
