Keep calm and keep the reusable coffee cup. That advice comes after a wave of cafes have ditched keep cups because of hygiene concerns in the wake of Covid-19 coronavirus is spread through droplets - transmitted through the likes of coughing.
But microbiologist Dr Siouxie Wiles says it's an over-reaction.
Coffee Club has 66 cafes and makes hundreds of coffees each day in reusable cups. Its NZ drector Andy Lucas reckons there's no need to lose the keep cup just yet.
