Covid-19: $12.1 billion economic relief for NZ - what you need to know

The government is unleashing a $12.1 billion torrent of spending in what it calls the largest peace-time economic plan in New Zealand's modern history.

The rescue package - designed to cushion the economic blow of Covid-19 - includes wage subsidies, sick leave support, and a boost to benefits.
