Yesterday, the government stopped any further payments to America's cup events arm from a $40 million hosting fund, while allegations of taxpayer money mis-management are investigated by the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment. But Jacinda Ardern still believes hosting the America's Cup is a good investment.
