The government has given out another $40 million in support for small and medium enterprises from the Covid response and recovery fund.
The money will go towards the Regional Business Partners network, which says it has seen a phenomenal increase in demand for its advice and support services.
The organisation says in Hawke's Bay alone, it has helped 600 businesses in the past three months - three times as many as it would normally see in an entire year.
