Cook Islands travel bubble possible by December

New Zealanders could be lounging on a Rarotongan beach this summer as the push for a travel bubble with the Cook Islands progresses.

The newly-appointed Cooks Prime Minister, Mark Brown, says formal arrangements have been arranged.

The key barrier seems to be each country keeping community transmission free for four weeks.

As Jonathan Mitchell reports, it could be a Cook Islands Christmas for some Kiwis.
