New Zealanders in the UK are scrambling to get home as their latest lockdown looms - but many are kissing their Kiwi Christmas dreams goodbye as managed Isolation fills up.
The UK is due to begin a new four week lockdown from Thursday - non-essential shops must close and people will only be able to leave home for a short list of reasons.
As winter closes in that's creating a grim picture for Kiwis living there, but returning home isn't looking so rosy either, with flights and limited hotel spaces for quarantine proving difficult to coordinate and afford.
