Wellington city councillors are in a tense meeting to decide whether to proceed with the sale and lease of a couple of controversial pieces of land at Shelly Bay.
They're discussing the future of the disused Airforce base on Wellington's Miramar Peninsular, a development which would create 350 new homes.
