Some immigrants waiting two years on visa applications

Immigrants say they feel scammed after their visas were not processed and they didn't receive refunds. Some are waiting up to two years to find out if their application has been successful - and don't get their money back if they pull out of the process. Meanwhile, immigration figures show other visa applicants have been reimbursed - more in the last 12 months than in the previous three years combined. Gill Bonnett reports.
