The strongest evidence yet that Pharmac's brand switch of epilepsy drugs may have been a factor in fatal seizures was heard at an inquest today.
The inquest is looking into the death of six patients who died after the brand of drug changed.
Paediatric neurologist Cynthia Sharpe said she had serious concerns the brand switch was a factor in the deaths.
