The police minister says this morning's armed incident in Auckland was a gang conflict between the Mongols and the Headhunters.
Poto Williams says she is concerned by an apparent rise in gang tensions.
She spoke to reporters in Parliament late this afternoon.
Three people are being questioned in relation to the incident.
