Derek Chauvin's fate is now in the hands of a Minneapolis jury. The legal team for the former US police officer, who knelt on George Floyd's neck for about 9 minutes until he died, argued in its closing statement that he acted as a reasonable officer.
Yet the prosecution say he murdered the unarmed Black man to protect his pride and ego.
