The six people charged in relation to a donation made to the Labour Party allegedly offended between March 2017 and March 2018.
The Serious Fraud Office charges allege the donors' identities were not disclosed in the Labour Party's annual return of donations.
They also claim the donation was paid using an intermediary bank account before being deposited with the Labour Party and multiple donors were involved to "create the illusion" of sums below the disclosure threshold.
If found guilty, the charge carries a maximum penalty of seven years' jail.
