A fast-track to a Covid-19 vaccination is one of the sweeteners luring New Zealand workers offshore, according to a leading local recruitment firm.
Earlier this week the Employers and Manufacturers Association told Checkpoint it was aware of an Australian business offering a New Zealand worker three times their current salary.
One recruitment company says it is a "blood bath" of businesses poaching off each other, coupled with some international employers offering double the going rate and the enticement of offshore adventure.
