National gives Labour's Louisa Wall speaking slot to address mental health in Parliament

In a highly unusual move, National has given a Labour MP one of its speaking slots in Parliament.

During a debate on the Zero Suicide report, National's Matt Doocey told the House Labour's MP Louisa Wall was blocked from speaking by her own party.
