A Wellington College pupil has been forced to change bus service after feeling ridiculed by a bus driver, who has refused to stop and pick him up.
The boy's family made two complaints about the driver after he failed to stop, and failed to wait for the correct departure time, at his Wellington suburb.
As Ben Strang found out, the driver didn't take the complaints too well.
