Fiji Covid-19 crisis: Nearly 1,300 cases in past 24 hours

The suffering continues in Fiji as Covid-19 cases soar amid its worsening health crisis.

Close to 1,300 cases have been recorded in the last 24 hours, resulting in new curfew hours for the nation's main island of Viti Levu.

It comes as Jacinda Ardern says she cannot influence the Fijian government to go into a lockdown.
