New Lynn terror attacker a known threat, was monitored - PM and Police Commissioner

In a press conference on Friday evening, Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern and Police Commissioner Andrew Coster said the attacker who was shot dead at LynnMall was a known threat and was being monitored.

He was killed within 60 seconds of starting his attack, stopping further injury.
