New Zealand needs to vaccinate five-year-olds and up against Covid-19 if there's any chance of returning to situation normal, that's according to a leading epidemiologist.
Professor Tony Blakely from the University of Melbourne has completed modelling on the State of Victoria to see how much of 2022 could be spent in lockdown depending on various vaccination rates.
And he says the numbers would be pretty comparable for New Zealand.
Professor Blakely explains what that would mean in terms of lockdowns.
