New South Wales' new Premier says the state will soon do away with hotel quarantine.

But a few hours later at the Australian Prime Minister's media conference, Scott Morrison poured water on the plan, saying only Australian citizens, residents and their immediate families will be able to enter New South Wales without quarantining.
