A six-week-old baby with Covid-19 has been admitted to Whangārei Hospital as infections in Northland climbed by five.
Despite that, Cabinet has agreed to move the top of Te Tai Tokerau out of lockdown at 11.59pm on Thursday.
As Sam Olley reports, that decision's not been welcomed by all.
