Development of the multi-million dollar Taranaki Crossing in Te Papakura o Taranaki - Egmont National Park - has entered into a new phase this summer.
Contractors have been on the ground improving drainage, repairing steps and leveling tracks - work that will eventually extend to 95 percent of the route.
