An 11-year-old driver is one of nine young people picked up by police following a ram raid on an Auckland dairy overnight.
Sandringham residents raised the alarm after spotting three cars they thought were up to no good at one this morning.
One of the cars had been used in a ram raid and an alleged burglary was underway when police arrived. The group did a high speed runner, but was tracked by the police helicopter and eventually caught.
