New Zealand Rugby's released its long awaited report into the culture in the Black Ferns.
The review was sparked, in part, by an Instagram post by one of the players - Te Kura Ngata-Aerengamate.
In it, she said coach Glenn Moore had told her she didn't deserve to be on the team, and was "picked only to play the guitar".
