Auckland gun owners are warned to make sure their weapons are secure after burglars potentially got away with a "shopping list" for firearms after busting into the old Auckland central police station.
It's been revealed that documents including firearms licensing information, with people's personal details and addresses have been taken from the site; prompting an investigation.
So far four people are facing burglary and receiving stolen goods charges Auckland City District Commander Superintendent Karyn Malthus describes the situation.
