Australia's trying to poach New Zealand nurses during a world wide shortage of health professionals with wages reportedly up to three times the going rate here.
Queensland's is running a recruitment campaign in Aotearoa and New South Wales is also spending billions of dollars trying to attract ten thousand more health professionals to the front line.
