Foster had come under scrutiny after the All Blacks suffered five defeats in their last seven games, with New Zealand Rugby refusing to publicly back him.
But the All Blacks silenced the doubters with a massive win against the Springboks at Ellis Park on the weekend - and today the board unanimously decided to keep him.
