WorkSafe's been accused of being 'all talk' after it issued a warning to construction companies that it's getting tough on those who put workers lives at risk.
Some workers are still in Auckland's Middlemore hospital being treated for burns after an explosion at a construction site a week ago.
Since January last year, at least two construction workers have died every month and one person a day has been seriously injured.
WorkSafe's chief executive says too many people are dying due to a lack of care in the construction sector, and there needs to be significant change.
