Older New Zealanders remember a young Queen Elizabeth II

The Queen has reigned for 70 years - and for many of us - she's the only Queen we've known.

There are others who remember her coronation - and have followed her life with great interest ever since.

Our reporter Leonard Powell visited Claire House in Mt Eden, a retirement village that's home to 60 people.

Some of the residents were kind enough to share their stories about the Queen.
