It was a brazen daylight robbery by masked offenders which has left retail workers and shopper rattled.
Several people burst into the St Luke's Mall in Auckland - their faces covered and carrying weapons.
Their target was the Stewart Dawson jewellery store - just the latest store subjected to smash and grabs plaguing the city.
